Meet Erin Wright, a seasoned executive with an unwavering passion for supporting the underprivileged, underserved, and those with behavioral health disorders. This passion stems from her personal lived experience in these areas, having faced homelessness and a substance use disorder herself in Cecil County. Erin is a person in long-term recovery since June 3, 2016, free from all mood and mind-altering substances.

Erin’s recovery has given her the pleasures of being a productive member of society, including homeownership, employability, and most importantly, being in healthy relationships, including a marriage, friendships, and being a healthy role model and mother to her children.

At Voices of Hope, Erin oversees all aspects of operations, from budget management and human resources to strategic partnerships and program implementation and delivery. Erin has been with Voices of Hope in some capacity since 2016 and has played an integral role in helping plan, build, and implement every program at Voices of Hope since our very first grant in 2018.
