We proudly joined the Cecil County Government and the rest of our country on Tuesday in recognizing September as National Recovery Month, a time dedicated to celebrating those on the journey to recovery and promoting the importance of mental health and substance use treatment.
Addressing the overdose death and addiction crisis takes all of us. Working with local government and health officials is key for a unified approach. Let us remember that recovery is possible, and together, we can break the stigma surrounding addiction and mental health issues. It is through support, education, and compassion that we can help individuals reclaim their lives and find hope, healing, and purpose.

Join us throughout September in raising awareness about the importance of recovery, and let us inspire hope and promote understanding within our community. Share your stories of hope, offer words of encouragement, and lend a helping hand to those in need. Together, we can make a positive difference.
Check out our Events page on the website to see all of the fun things we will be up to this month! Join us on Saturday September 29th for our annual Gratitude Banquet, our way of ending Recovery Month, to celebrate those that have made an impact on the substance use crisis in our community! We hope to see you there!
