Voices of Hope is looking for a Clinical Supervisor who will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of all counselors working in Recovery Health Services of Voices of Hope. The Clinical Supervisor will assist the Program Manager/Sponsor to ensure compliance in all matters pertaining to client’s charts and the training of newly hired counselors. Clinical Supervisors will understand or be willing to gain knowledge in developing counseling staff, providing training, promote learning to counseling staff, build a positive relationship with their counselors, assist with time management development with their counseling staff, learn the agency’s standards regarding productivity expectations and how to help counselors meet the goal, proficient in written documentation and verbal communication skills, promote a team work environment, possess creative problem solving and critical thinking skills. Clinical Supervisors will be proficient in cultural competence skills and be willing to train and develop the counseling staff in this area.
