Walk-In Narcan Training
September 28, 2020 @ 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Do you want to be trained and equipped with Narcan, so you will be prepared to save a life?
Lives are being saved through the use of Narcan throughout our community. Narcan is medicine that can be given to anyone who may be experiencing an overdose of opiates such as heroin, methadone, oxycontin, fentanyl and others.
Every Monday, from 3p.m. to 7p.m., Voices of Hope’s Harm Reduction team will be holding Walk-In Narcan Trainings. Learn how to identify an overdose, who is at risk and how to administer Narcan. All individuals that walk-in for this quick training will be given Narcan to take with them.
