“Giving Till it Hurts – when Caretaking Takes a Wrong Turn” Workshop

Helping professionals are highly skilled and uniquely trained to be there for people in their times of need. However, it is no secret that many in the profession also overextend themselves to the point of exhaustion and compassion fatigue. Caretaking can become a gateway to codependency and professional burnout. This workshop will help you assess both healthy and unhealthy caretaking practices and provide some valuable keys to keeping yourself healthy as you help others grow and thrive.
This workshop will be hosted on 4 different dates and each workshop has a max of 20 attendees allowed.
