Free Expungement Clinic

April 17 @ 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

A criminal record should not be a barrier for those seeking a second chance.  The Maryland Office of the Public Defender is pleased to partner with Voices of Hope in providing expungement and addiction recovery support on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm

Part of the expungement process involves researching eligible cases, and registration ahead of time can really help speed up the process.  Please fill out the basic information on this form so we can be ready to help by clicking the link below:

Expungement Clinic Registration Form

Everyone is welcome to come!

Keep in mind that while we will assist in putting together the paperwork for the requests, the Court holds the ultimate authority to grant or deny an expungement and we cannot always anticipate every situation that may arise.

Legal Advisement (You knew there would be one) – Filling out this form does not create an attorney/client relationship between you and the Office of the Public Defender.  The information, however, contained on this form will be used solely for providing assistance with expungements and will not be disseminated to any third party outside of Voices of Hope or the Maryland Office of the Public Defender.

For more information about this event, email or call 443-993-7055.
